Job Summary:
In this position, you will report to the Member Relationships Supervisor, and will join a team focused on initiating outbound telephone contact with members.
While your role may involve activities such as finding lost super and confirming contact details of members, your main focus will be on getting existing members engaged with this company account
Job Details:
Make outbound calls identified by a number of internal and external member channels;
Give great service and help to our members, in line with our service ethic and in doing so contribute to the Fund's customer satisfaction scores;
Utilise on-line systems to access data, engage with members and track and improve your performance;
Manage your member database and schedule whilst adhering to call requirements and
Where necessary utilize other channels such as email, SMS or DM to engage with members;
Welcome members into the Fund and
Help members find lost super
