Job Summary: An opportunity exists for a vibrant, enthusiastic receptionist, with a engaging personality to match, to fill a part-time (approx 15hrs/wk) reception role in a podiatry practice in the local Newcastle area.

Job Details: Meet, greet and assist patients through the practice
Answering phone calls, manage patient appointments and enquiries
Manage Private billings (including EFT and HICAPS), Medicare, DVA, NDIS and Workers Compensation claims
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and general reception duties
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Flexibility in working hours/shifts and covering sick/annual leave of other staff
Maintain our commitment to quality health care and customer service
