Job Summary: Port Melbourne VIC Full-time, Permanent Job Category: Editorial & Writing,Marketing The position incorporates coordination of activities for both marketing and tenders nationally and is responsible for proactive stakeholder engagement to support preparation of marketing communications such as; internal news bulletins, Company LinkedIn posts, event publications, advertorials/editorials, website material, company magazine.

The role is also responsible for the co-ordination and production of high quality, well written proposal and tender documentation within timeframes to contribute to the retention and acquisition of business. This includes:

Project management and production of tenders and bids in conjunction with identified bid leader, internal stakeholders and the National Marketing and Bid Manager.
Map tender and proposal documents, coordinate contributors to ensure timely completion.
Responsibility for end to end tender writing, composition and submission process
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful you will have the following professional competencies:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Experience with desktop publishing, graphic design or other related discipline
3 years post-graduate experience in a commercial environment preferable
Experience writing tender documents (Highly desirable)
High level computer literacy skills including:

Proficient in Adobe creative suite program i.e. Photoshop, In design
Word – advanced
PowerPoint – intermediate
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Excellent written and verbal communication with copy accuracy
Experience in preparing marketing communications (both internal and external) for publication
Knowledge of managing a company website and LinkedIn profile
Ability to think creatively
Ability to work under pressure and within specified timeframes
Understanding of the corporate environment and internal approval processes
A confident and self-assured approach
