Job Summary: Newstead QLD An exciting opportunity exists within Aveo Group for a Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team covering a maternity contract. This will be for approximately 14-months and depending on your availability would include a significant handover period.

Job Details: About the role:

The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Advertising and creative implementation including management of information flow to external agencies/consultants and internal team members, where applicable.
Working with other relevant members of the marketing team (EG: Brand and Digital), issuing briefs and ensuring agencies deliver on outlined objectives and in line with budgets
Communication across internal & external stakeholders on marketing initiatives, campaigns and events
Implement approved initiatives effectively
Review campaign performance, report results in a timely manner and implement learnings in future campaigns
Responsible for maintaining and updating all marketing plans and schedules
Ensure Marketing initiatives and campaigns are compliant with relevant legislation at all times and appropriate sign off procedures have been followed

To be considered for this role you will have:

Bachelor Degree (Marketing, Communications or other related field)
Demonstrated experience is a similar role, with exposure to consumer marketing and advertising
Exceptional time-management and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
