The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will oversee all facets of marketing for the business. These responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

Developing marketing plans and strategies
Implementing advertising and public relations campaigns
Written collateral, internal communications, social media, website and events.
Duties Required

Online and print (hard copy) catalogue, promotional, content creation
Database and CRM management and utilisation
Target marketing product identification and value proposition creation
Creating online marking and email campaigns
Update and maintain website (Word Press)
Manage and develop social media presence
Keep relevant and up to date with market trends – specifically regarding product, branding and competitors
Provide product training and support educational material for all stakeholders
Produce content for presentation, brochures and emails
Essential Requirements

2+ years demonstrated hands on management experience in a communications and marketing position.
Clear and concise communication skills, with excellent written communication and content development skills.
Knowledge and experience using CMS, Mailchimp or similar, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work autonomously and manage all your daily workload and project timelines
An ability to identify opportunities to build the brand, while also identifying and managing risks
Strong presentation and reporting skills
Creative thinker who uses initiative to develop new ideas
The ability to work in a small team
A strong focus on attention to detail and manage time effectively
Have strong computer skills across all the Microsoft suite of programs
Negotiable remuneration package based on experience
