Job Summary: Who is Aspect? Aspect is a specialist recruitment firm in the heart of Melbourne, operating within the built and natural environment. Our team of 23 comprises specialist Consultants who have expertise across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Town Planning Industries. We’re about to celebrate our 10th birthday, and aside from cake and a party, this means that we’re ready to embark on our next recruitment drive, establishing a team to look after commercial property, retail property and facilities management. We’re looking for someone to drive that growth and lead the team.

Job Details:

What will you be doing? 



This is an important role and you’ll be responsible for recruiting and managing your own desk, as well as leading a small team.




  • Establishing your own desk within the commercial property, retail property or facilities management sector

  • Working to develop the Aspect brand within the commercial property industry

  • Market mapping to actively grow your client and candidate network

  • Developing talent acquisition strategies to identify top talent in the Melbourne property market

  • Immersing yourself in the industry by attending networking events maintaining a strong social media presence



What skills and experience are we looking for?  




  • You’re an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant or a billing Recruitment Manager with specific experience recruiting within the commercial/retail property or facilities management

  • You’re a collaborator and a team player

  • You have a positive energy and a true passion for quality service

  • You have established networks within the local property market

  • You have exceptional advocacy skills

  • You are a natural leader with proven experience in leading a team within a sales/customer service environment

  • You’re motivated, social and you’re passionate about your profession
