Job Summary: This is a unique opportunity to work at the leading edge of change within a service system that is has a shared commitment to strong outcomes for children and young people who have experienced trauma and are in out of home care. The Manager will report to the Executive Team of the Foundation and lead the strategic and operational evolution of the Centre from the onset.

Job Details: Your primary responsibilities:



Oversee the key deliverables of the Centre of Excellence in Therapeutic Care including:
online community and sector knowledge sharing;
workforce needs assessment and development program;
webinars;
face to face and online accredited and unaccredited workforce development training;
a Blog;
production and publication of practice profiles, resources, advisory guides and toolkits;
implementation support, consultation and advisory service;
training and communities of practice for Therapeutic Specialists and ITC operational leadership;
communities of practice for leadership within ITC agencies;
publication of an Annual Report of Activity and Outcomes.
Establishment and maintenance of positive relationships at a senior level with key stakeholders relevant to the Centre of Excellence in Therapeutic Care.
Develop and enhance the working relationship between the Centre of Excellence in Therapeutic Care and the ITC Providers.
