Job Details: We are currently seeking a highly organised Management Assistant to support both our EM Digital Service and EM Digital Experience. This will include the co-ordination & management of administrative functions, travel arrangements and diary management. Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be expected to support, problem solve and actively seek out improvements to the administration of the team to assist them to meet business goals.

Email, diary and calendar management
Arrange travel and accommodation for the team and external parties
Coordinate all internal and external meetings including arranging rooms, video conferences and catering where necessary
Schedule and prepare agendas, papers and record notes and action items
Organise team functions including venue booking, agendas and organising training materials as required
Build and manage strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Prepare and submit monthly Amex reconciliations
Conduct procurement activities and invoice processing
Other ad hoc duties, including project support as required
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within a busy corporate environment
High level of organisational skills with the ability to co-ordinate a busy diary and manage conflicting priorities
Intermediate level of use with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Confidence liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
Display and work with a sense of urgency yet possess an eye for detail.
High level of customer focus, demonstrating an ability to manage all stakeholders as customers to provide a high level of service.
