About the role
A position is available for a Maintenance Officer to join Regis Retirement Living Village on a full time basis. We are looking for someone who has also had a good amount of gardening experience with previous handyperson experience in a similar setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preventative and corrective maintenance duties across the facility
Coordination of the Maintenance program
Equipment and plant monitoring
Grounds upkeep
Timely reporting
Setting up of rooms and equipment, adhering to OH&S guidelines
Skills & Experience
Exceptional Maintenance / Handyperson skills
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage own time
Occupational Health and Safety knowledge
Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
Current police clearance
