Job Details: our role as a Local Area Coordinator will allow you to provide support and partner with Australia’s living with disabilities, their families and carers to build and pursue their goals for a good quality life, exercise choice and control and engage with the Scheme. The role will require you to make comprehensive assessments based on interactions and implement actions as identified in the individual’s plans, while building new community networks and access to mainstream services.
