Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for providing software support to Librarians and Teachers in School Libraries. For example, you will assist them when they are unsure how to run a report or discussing how to catalog data. You will be required to speak with Teachers over the phone hence why having strong communications skills is paramount.
