Job Summary: Your key accountabilities will be: Hands on food manufacturing and retail fresh food production training in our Brisbane facility as well as with our manufacturing partners interstate. Provide face to face training/coaching in the field to support franchise and manufacturing operations Administer our Franchisee Learning Management System including e-learning modules, manuals, files and store audits. Maintain the currency of Lenard's manuals, policies and procedures by coordinating with other departments to ensure up to date resources Deliver Induction Training to new franchise owners ensuring that learning outcomes and budgets are met Deliver on boarding training to NSO team members, including safety inductions and maintain training records Development of new e-learning modules as required to deliver on strategic plan Regularly update e-learning modules and training resources to ensure relevance and mandatory compliance, including Induction, WH&S and Food Safety Be able to provide operational assistance in the field as time permits Develop rapport and effective relationships with manufacturing team, franchisees and internal team members Regular travel will be required as part of the role
