Job Summary: As the Business Improvement Team Lead based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for leading our Functional Excellence team of Lean Practitioners and Industrial Engineers located in Brisbane and at various Program-based locations.

Job Details: Support the Business Improvement teams' efforts in realising the organisations business improvement imperatives and driving a culture of continuous improvement through the effective execution of a contemporary Business Improvement strategy.
Coordination of the Business Improvement team in their provision and facilitation of business, process and system improvement activities.
Champion the ongoing evolution and implementation of a Business Improvement strategy, which drives the business towards proactively realising improvement opportunities.
Facilitate training and instruct others in the application of continuous improvement tools and principles, incorporating standardised lessons learned as appropriate.
