About the Role: This is hands on role overseeing a team of Kitchen Hands, providing continuous support & training to the team, perform equipment ordering duties and responsible for ensuring smooth operations.
Skills & experience:
Previous experience as a Lead Kitchen Hand or extensive experience as a Kitchen Hand similar
Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong leadership skills
Demonstrated organisational, time management & problem-solving skills
Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including senior level management
Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holiday
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety
Excellent communication & presentation
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
