Job Details: We are operating a food delivery business and are looking for staffs that can cover as many days as possible.
We operate Monday through Sunday with varying shifts.
We prefer if you are near Botany NSW,2019

You will assist line cooks by completing food preparation tasks. This can include everything from organizing the refrigerator and freezer to chopping vegetables, washing fruit, defrosting meat, and preparing sauces and marinades. They may fully prepare dishes that require little to no cooking, such as salads.

You may also take inventory of supplies and food, ensuring that the kitchen always has accurate stock of everything they need.

You will be responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the kitchen’s facilities up to government and company sanitation standards. You will be responsible for cleaning all kitchen surfaces, mop and sweep kitchen floors, put away dishes, pots and pans, organize food, clean out freezers, and remove trash.

You will also ensure that all dishes are adequately sanitized by maintaining required water temperature and chemical levels. You may wash dishes by hand or also use a dish water depending on company procedures.
