Job Details: DOOLEYS currently provides a range of services and facilities to our members across our three Clubs, including a world-class gym, high quality restaurants and event facilities. We are in the process of developing plans to further expand and improve our facilities.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hands to join our established team based at DOOLEYS Waterview, Lidcombe and Regents Park. This position requires flexibility for shift work across the week, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Working alongside a team of Chefs, you will be responsible for, not limited to:

Maintaining and cleaning dishes, utensils, equipment and working areas
General food preparation/handling
Following all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations within the kitchen
Ensuring all prepared and produced foods meet the clubs quality, timing and consistency

To be successful in obtaining this role, you must possess:

Previous kitchen hand experience
An ability to work within a fast paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
A current RSA and RCG or a willingness to complete these prior to starting
A driver licence and access to a vehicle as the location is difficult to get to via public transport
