Job Summary: Our Central Kitchen, located at Moorooka is looking to employ a production Kitchen Hand. The position is for permanent part time hours. The kitchen produces a range of foods for aged and health care clients.

Job Details: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment used in the Central Kitchen as well as all areas of the Central Kitchen.
Ensuring the efficient use of all equipment used in the Central Kitchen.
The ability to accurately and efficiently follow systems to produce food products to a recipe including correct weight and trays size against production requirements.
Ability and willingness to work irregular hours.
Ability to identify problems and act quickly to inform Chefs or Production Supervisor to enable quick solution.
Participate in Workplace Health and Safety, infection control and ongoing training.
To be an active participant in a continuous quality improvement environment.
