Based at the Puckapunyal Military Area, Broadspectrum are currently seeking experienced Kitchen Hands who are looking to advance their career. These new casual roles will be located at our thriving defence base over in Puckapunyal, where we have a range of modern and recently refurbished dining facilities and large production kitchens. Along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment with working hours that contribute to a positive lifestyle balance, these positions will also provide the foundations of long-term career progression within our company.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Assisting with restock, stock rotation, loading and unloading supplies, stores and equipment
Assisting with stock take and inventory control for all Kitchen supplies
Cleaning of the premises and equipment
Ensuring the facilities’ HACPP day-to-day compliance requirements are met
Ensuring a high level of customer service is exercised at all times
Utilise your experience & culinary expertise to prepare meals for our Defence customers
Provide day to day support and guidance to all kitchen staff
Skills and Experience:

Food Handlers Certificate Level 1 (or equivalent)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Thorough knowledge of Hospitality and Catering service delivery and statutory compliance requirements
