Job Summary: Assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. Must be able to run service & perform administration tasks as required. Job Details: About the Role:
We are We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef driven to achieve results and passionate about their craft. Someone who is looking to grow their career as a Chef. You must be a leader with focus on processes and staff development.

Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in similar role and ability run service when needed
Knowledge in Asian cuisine desirable
Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication, delegation and time management skills
Understanding of food safety practices
Experience with rostering, ordering
Understanding of stock control & ordering processes
Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
