Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional individual to be responsible for the effective support of all IT issues on a day to day basis and assist in supporting and developing our web applications.

Job Details: This position involves:

Providing first point of contact support to staff for setup and maintenance of computer equipment
Providing first point of contact support to staff for setup and maintenance of all phone system equipment including mobile phones and other inter-office communications technology
Maintaining and configurating back-end office systems and communications equipment and services
Liaising with external technical support providers
Rolling out internal IT projects identified to improve IT systems and services
Helping to design, build and operate a complex, Java-based trading and CRM platform supporting multiple markets
Working with a team and following an Agile process to ensure that an impressive level of innovative software is delivered on time and on budget
