Are you experienced in providing IT support to a large organisation? Have you been either a Customer Support Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst, Service Desk Analayst or Shift Leader? Do you want to be proud to work for a company that respects its people and is at the forefront of technology? Fujitsu have won a significant Managed Services engagement with an international client, and we are therefore looking for more skilled, customer focused people who are passionate about providing service.
Our client will have a predominantly Microsoft365 base, and we are therefore looking for people who have a background supporting Windows environments and Microsoft applications. You will be involved in either traditional Service Desk support, on-site Desktop Support, or providing technical support at a walk-up service centre.
In order to enjoy and make the most of this opportunity, you will need to have either Service Desk experience or a hands-on desktop support / customer service engineer background. In addition you will need to have:
A clear and confident communication style with the ability to build and develop strong customer relationships
At least 1 year's previous experience supporting a Windows end-user environments
Technical skills which include various Windows Operating Systems, TCP/IP, Active Directory, MS Office and/or experience with PC products (e.g. Lenovo, HP, Dell)
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and previous use of an Incident Management tool
A relevant IT qualification
