Exciting 12-month IT Support Analyst positions have become available in our Melbourne headquarters. Reporting to and assisting the IT Support Supervisor, the main responsibilities of this role include:
• providing a mix of telephone and onsite IT support ensuring that all incidents and service requests are logged and updated using the IT department's Service Management software.

• performing system administration duties.

• maintaining organization IT systems and assets and assist with the provision of application and hardware support to clients and the operation of the IT Help Desk.

• assisting with all other IT Operations activities as required, including ongoing end user training in all relevant business collaboration and productivity tools.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following attributes:

• Australian citizenship or permanent residence.

• Tertiary qualification or Industry certification in IT, or relevant practical experience in an equivalent role.

• A good understanding of PC software and hardware

• Good customer service orientation and ability to identify client needs and ensure a result to client’s requests.

• Strong verbal and written communication and excellent fact finding skills to gather client requirements.

• Good planning and organisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and priorities.

• Good problem solving skills.

• Ability to work with all levels of the business.

• Friendly and approachable
