Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is currently looking for a IT Support Analyst to work on a 6month contract basis with a large international mining organisation.
In this role of End User Support Analyst, you will:
Manning and providing support from Technology Hubs;
Conduct break/fix for Win7 & Win10 environment;
Manage Incident and Service Requests, complete routine checks of equipment and the office environment;
Build and re-image laptops and desktops;
Technology on-boarding and off-boarding of staff;
Provide reports, update procedures and general administration activities.
To be considered for this role you must have;
Android, Apple, ITIL, Multi-media experience, SAP;
Exposure to Cisco unified communications and Webex suite;
Customer Service;
Strong People Skills;
Time Management;
Networks – awareness and patching experience;
Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
This role will suit a computer generalist
This position is based at a stunning CBD office and is offering a competitive hourly rate.
