Job Summary: North Ryde NSW Purpose of the role As an IT Support Administrator you will be responsible for a range of administration activities to support the IT team including financial administration, co-ordinating and delivering training, inductions and special projects.

Accountabilities

Work cross functionally with different internal stakeholders to deliver training effectively and efficiently using a range of technology platforms
Manage and monitor the weekly procurement reporting
Raise purchase requisitions and manage the procurement lifecycle
Proactively manage IT accruals and license registers
Manage all corporate vehicle fleet administration
Skills required

Experience in IT training and general administration with a financial background
Strong communication skills
Ability to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management and organizational skills whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
To be able to successfully communicate written and verbally
A record showing work commitment, reliability and motivation
Experience with Microsoft Office
