Job Summary:
A Business Development Manager wanted in a Leading IT Solutions Company based in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will be a consultative yet target driven IT sales professional responsible for meeting the growing needs of existing clients and acquiring new business using best in class levels of strategic solution-led identification. Experience in B2B product and solution-based selling is essential however training and support will be available on the services in question.
You will be responsible for meeting the growing needs of the clients. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for the successful candidate to gain in-depth experience of selling mid-market or enterprise solutions. New business will be acquired using best in class levels of strategic solution-led identification.
Job Details:
Key Skills and abilities
Establish long-term strategic relationships.
Work with a campaigns team to help drive productive lead generation and management.
Use tools and resources to ensure awareness of continuously changing a technological landscape.
Build a pipeline that will support targets.
A good understanding of prospect's business functions and requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations and pricing proposals for new and existing clients.
Build a customer account list to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
Attend relevant seminars and networking events to develop business relationships.
Take an active role in supporting all marketing efforts as required.
Assist with relevant sales and administrative duties, including the maintenance of the CRM system.
Partnership management with key suppliers as required.
Manage personal time and productivity.
Identify, follow-up and close new business opportunities.
Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle for allocated leads and assist with others as required.
