Job Summary: As a privately-owned Group, they believe in deep market specialism and investing personal capital into well executed deals. Working primarily in the Industrial space across key, large-scale projects (but with 20% of your exposure sitting across the Office & Retail markets) you will report to the Senior Investment Manager. You will undertake the following duties and analytics on a portfolio which is held on a long-term lease and central to multi-billion infrastructure developments, over the coming years:

Job Details: Investment Proposals

Assist in the input of development and investment proposals;
Prepare investment, asset and development feasibilities.

Research and Valuation

Undertake competitor and industry analysis, collating market sales and examining industry benchmarks;
Valuation of the portfolio and coordinating independent valuations.

Investment Analytics

Undertake performance reporting and underlying portfolio modelling on a monthly and quarterly basis;
Prepare business plans, asset updates and assist in the collation of annual budgets;
Work in close conjunction with the Investment Manager on the day to day management of the project portfolio.
