Job Summary:
Part of our 4-5 team, you will directly report to the Managing Director of the business.
You will be in charge of coordinating our daily operations and our customer service activities. This
includes but is not limited to managing Revoir inventory, improving our processes, answering
customer questions…
That being said, you may be asked to participate to all business activities: marketing, advertising,
social media, PR, pricing, web design etc.
Job Details:
You will have the chance to learn all elements of starting an online business and will play an important
part in the scaling up of an innovative start-up.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experts (suppliers) in digital platforms, advertising,
PR and marketing and to learn from them.
We are not looking for someone to execute tasks but someone who will have at heart to learn, grow
the business and deliver a great experience to our customers.

The key responsibilities of the role are
• Manage inventory and list new products (inspection, product photography, etc…)
Follow up and process consignment requests (dispatch consignment kits, estimate prices and
liaise with consignors)
Reply to customer queries/requests (chat, email, phone)
Prepare orders
The right person for the role will
Think and work independently
Be self-driven, energetic and motivated
Be always looking into improving our customer experience and our processes
Adopt a test and learn approach and view failure as being part of the process
Have an interest in online businesses / ecommerce
Have a keen interest / passion for women’s fashion
Not mind performing very operational activities on a daily basis: product photography, order
preparation etc…

you will receive a bonus at the end of the internship depending on personal and business
performance;
you will be given a monthly allowance for transport and lunch;
