Your new role
This Top 4 Bank is looking to expand its inbound and outbound sales teams by recruiting multiple pro-active and highly motivated sales professionals. The role is mainly inbound sales with the outbound aspect only applying during promotional periods and through contacting existing customers of the bank. This role will require you to work full time hours and will be paying a competitive hourly rate of $29.96 + Super.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be personable and able to build great relationships with potential and existing customers. Prior sales experience is not required, however the aptitude to learn a range of banking products and the ability to hold a confident, insightful conversation is critical.

You have full time availability Monday- Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm
You have keen self-determination and the ability to problem solve and provide solutions
You have unrestricted working rights within Australia
You are organised, have a customer-focused approach and are a brilliant communicator
