The Business Development Centre has many facets,

Inbound Sales
Outbound Retention (warm/existing customer’s only)
Inbound Service & Reception
Administration Team
Brand promotion and events (weekend OT penalties apply)
Group wide Sales Trainee’s
Internal Succession team & BDC Grad Team
Internal development plans to progress to group wide roles – Service Advisor, Finance & Insurance advisor, Sales Consultant, Team Leaders, Sales Manager and Service Manager

The – Inbound Sales Role


Due to internal progression, we have 1x role available to join our high performing Inbound Sales Team.


The inbound sales team handle phone and internet enquiries on behalf of the entire group, across all brands!


We handle leads across a rotating roster, both in the office and working from home, from 8am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.

Full time position
Relationship based selling
Handling sales enquiries via the phone/internet & livechat
Sales account management
Internet lead management
Sales campaign’s
Base salary plus great commissions/incentives + superannuation + annual leave loading
Opportunities to work from home 1x day per week
Opportunities to be involved with prestige brand drive day’s
