Job Summary: Melbourne VIC Contract $28 - $29 an hour

Job Details: We are working with a company in the renewable energy industry located in Box Hill. They are growing fast and we are looking to add more Sales Consultants to their team to sell a range of innovative energy products and services. There will be some administration and data entry associated with this role, however the main priority for you is to provide quality service and close the sale. There will be plenty of structured training - a mixture of classroom' and on the job training. You'll also receive support from the leaders of the business who are there to get the best from you. This is a contact centre based role taking primarily inbound calls with the occasional outbound follow up call.

What you need to know:

We're looking for candidates with call centre experience and experience selling solar systems will be highly regarded.
This role is Monday to Friday working 8:45am - 5:00pm. No weekends.
The role will start out as temp position paying $28.38 per hour + super + monthly commissions and will eventually convert to a permanent position.
You earn a bonus on each sale you make once you hit your quota so the potential is there to earn commission from day 1
You can drive to work, OR catch public transport because they are right near a tram stop and a train station

What we are looking for:

Sales experience - whether it's call centre sales, retail, door to door or perhaps something else, we would like to hear from you.
Resilience. You don't take things personally. Dealing with upset customers is no biggie for you, like water off a duck's back.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Someone able to adjust their style to suit the audience.
Process and results driven
Hungry to earn additional $$$ - We need people who are driven to hit and exceed targets.
Team players that can work autonomously
