Your new role
Your new role will involve working in their inbound contact centre environment servicing Business Banking customers will a range of needs. You will be responsible for:
Connecting with customers through a personalised service, building rapport and trust by being open and honest
Educating customers about services and products that could improve their business productivity
Collaborating with other areas of the business to deliver customer service that delivers on our service vision
Continuously learning about banking products to add value to customer experiences and develop your professional skills
What you'll need to succeed
Available for a minimum of 20 hrs + p/week and able to offer flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak times
You must be available for 6 weeks full time training 9-5 from 24th February
Enjoy delivering a positive customer experience, your background could be from hospitality, sales, retail, fast food, contact centre, finance or other relevant customer service role
Be someone who genuinely enjoys going above and beyond for customers
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure

Above market casual pay rate $30-35 p/h
