Job Details: Tasks:

Arranging ops for your own portfolio of customers
Order placement and arrangement with overseas offices
Quoting to Customers (adhoc)
Communicating dispatch/delivery information to customers and overseas agents
Initiating tracking and tracing of consignments
Processing of import sea and air jobs including carrier bookings, arranging pick-ups, deliveries and registering of shipments
Liaising with service providers (shipping lines, co-loaders, transport companies) and customers
Invoicing clients
Posting costs for service providers, ensuring job P/L is checked thoroughly prior to closing a job folder
