Job Summary: - Canberra Location - Contract Opportunity - Minimum of Baseline Clearance Mandatory Your role will be to oversee the contract management of the Clients ICT contracts, including the facilitation of contract management meetings and ensuring all contractual obligations are met, Provide advice and guidance on all procurement of ICT goods and services to ensure the process is in accordance with procurement policies and procedures, Undertake procurement activities to ensure contracts are in place for key ICT services, including the development of request for tender documentation, evaluation of responses and contract negotiations, Facilitate the provision of ICT data required for inclusion in the Annual Reports and Assist in the establishment of strategic procurement directions for ICT goods and services to support the AEC’s business objectives.

Job Details:

Essential Skills & Experience:

 

• Demonstrated understanding of the PGPA Act 2013 and the Commonwealth Procurement Rules in relation to ICT sourcing and procurement.


• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in managing complex Request for Tender processes


• Proven track record in managing ICT outsourced contracts


• Demonstrated understanding and management of whole of government panel arrangements.


• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise ICT solutions.


• Ability to consult with a range of both technical and non-technical personnel
