Job Details:
- Assisting with the design, development and implementation of HR information systems
- Driving continuous improvement to maximise the user experience and drive operational efficiencies
- System maintenance and support, including troubleshooting, analysing, detecting, identifying and correcting technical problems in a timely manner
- Maintain of systems documentation
- Auditing of data on an ongoing basis
- Liaison with vendor for system upgrades
- System testing as required
- Facilitate continuous education
- Manage and participate in ad hoc projects relating to HR and payroll systems
- An ongoing focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Providing excellent customer support for internal and external users
- Producing reports from HRIS data to benefit both HR and Payroll
