Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their HR career providing HR advice to over 650 employees in a 24/7 working environment.
Job Details:Support the business with the administration of all employee engagement initiatives, such as Employee of the Month, the annual Family Day function, employee Christmas Lunch and employee raffles
Provide first level of advisory support for employees and managers, including general advice on employment matters and managing the resolution of HR related queries including policy advice and interpretation
Assist with the performance and development planning cycle (including coaching people leaders) to improve the quality of performance and development conversations and outcomes
Investigation of employee grievances, complaints and disciplinary processes and recommend appropriate actions
