Job Details: What will your day look like as a HR Advisor at The Star?

You will partner with our business leaders to implement and drive a variety of HR and culture initiatives.

Build and maintain professional relationships with key internal stakeholders at all levels.
Support management by providing expertise and advice regarding performance management and disciplinary situations.
Advise business leaders on a range of HR matters and queries on a daily basis.
Educate, coach and mentor business leaders in regards to key HR objectives.
Implement innovative and class leading HR processes & practices that support our People Plan.
Work collectively to mitigate IR risk for the business.

Hands-on experience in performance and grievance management with ability to juggle priorities and handle a case load to deliver outcomes in a fast paced environment is essential.
