Job Summary: Sydney NSW What does a great HR Generalist do at Fiserv? The HR Generalist plays an instrumental role in the entire employee life-cycle and is a strong collaborator while supporting the HRBP and the business in Australia.

Job Details: As the HR Generalist, you can look forward to:

Providing HR operational support for the full employee life-cycle including Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Retention, Disciplinary & Grievance, Onboarding and Off boarding, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Employee Benefits and Insurance, Reporting, Payroll administration amongst other associated tasks
Daily HRIS/Workday administration including ensuring strong data integrity, responsible for administering payroll and sales commission payments
Assisting with HR and Management data collation for reporting and generate statistical reports including statutory reporting
Driving HR process improvement projects and initiatives such as design of policies, processes, system improvement and implementation
Providing advice on all legal and statutory requirements and ensuring compliance with local labour laws, visa requirements and tax regulations
Working closely with employees and managers at various levels to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
Working closely with external parties with regards to tax, background checks, payroll and visa matters
Working closely with internal stakeholders on global mobility and other HR related matters
Working in tandem with Talent Acquisition in onboarding new hires in a professional and efficient manner
Basic qualifications for consideration:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of full spectrum HR operations experience in a matrix multi-national organisation
Preference for industry experience in Finance, Banking, Technology
HR data analytics experience
Solid attention to detail and thoroughness with the ability to adopt to a broader functional view
Computer literacy including working knowledge of HRIS/Workday, MS Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
High adaptability and customer focus
Willing to take ownership and be hands-on to drive the right outcomes for the HR function and the business
