Your new role
As a Human Resources generalist you be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR function in partnership with the rest of your team. Your duties will include assisting with:
Recruiting blue & white collar roles
Performance management
Employment and compliance reporting
Policy implementation and documentation
Employee services and HR service delivery
Payroll processing when required
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience in a Human Resources role and have exposure to payroll. You will need to be a self-starter with a proactive attitude and be comfortable working unsupervised.
You will also have intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a sound understanding of HR best practices and objectives.
As this is a contract role and the position is residential in Cloncurry, you will be fully available until Feb 2020, with a break from Dec 20 to 6th January. You flights will be paid for over the holiday period.
