Job Summary: Our client now has a requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced People & Development Coordinator to join their Sydney office.

Job Details:

  • Overseeing and fulfilling all obligations according to relevant laws

  • Maintaining the company culture

  • Co-ordinating and managing staff recruitment and temporary staff requirements

  • Providing staff induction, orientation and training

  • Monitoring staff engagement and performance coaching when required to assist with personal development needs

  • Monitoring and managing staff probationary periods

  • Co-ordinating and managing annual performance and remuneration reviews

  • Compliance with relevant legislation in regards to OH&S and EEO
