Job Details:
Carrying out HR surveys across the business and using this information to create reports
Working collaboratively with the HR team, focusing on overall process improvements
Creating process maps based on feedback and research to communicate changes
Assisting the team with implementing EBA actions
Work closely with the broader HR team to maximise HR processes
