Job Details: About the opportunity

Home to a brand new $12 million Multipurpose Service (MPS) which was opened in 2015, Peak Hill is located within driving distance to the regional hubs of Orange and Dubbo, home to the famous Taronga Western Plains Zoo.

The MPS provides 24-hour emergency care, residential aged care services, ambulatory care, outpatient services and a range of integrated primary and community health services.
The Hospital Assistant supports the delivery of an efficient and effective catering and cleaning service to the patients and facilities within the Health Service.

To apply for this position, please address the following Selection Criteria
Previous experience working in a company or organisation undertaking commercial cleaning or providing general assistance or a similar role.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and take directions from supervisor.
Ability and willingness to work shifts, on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
