Job Summary: The Position Due to a position opening, we are seeking a well-presented and organized Hospital Account Manager. Your ability to multitask and your attention to detail will be essential.

Job Details: Reporting to the State Service Manager - WA you will be responsible for:

Working with executive management in planning and executing high quality customer-focused service delivery
Have input to technology selection and implementation for service delivery, consistent with other portfolios
Conduct weekly site visits to hospital sites and mentor / assist field service technicians where required
Present a professional and appropriate appearance to our clients and public
Provide Monthly site reports to Management and hospital key personnel for all sites
coordinate the delegation of tasks
allocation of human resources between hospital sites
coordinate the allocation of assets and consumables, including asset maintenance
Undertake and coordinate “On-Call” duties as directed from time to time
