These programs comprise activities including co-designed resource development, research, advocacy and stakeholder engagement A comprehensive state, territory and national workplace engagement program A dedicated approach to facilitating change to enhance everyone’s mental health at work, through key strategic partnerships and activities, particularly with the Mentally Healthy Workplace Alliance.

Job Details: Leadership and team management

Work with the General Manager, Workplace, Partnerships and Engagement to develop and deliver the annual group plan within agreed budgets and timeframes, to stakeholder satisfaction.
Develop and monitor accurate project and operational budgets. Utilise effective planning and analysis to establish revenue targets. Maintain a close oversight of revenue targets, predict and identify shortfalls, and proactively plan strategies to mitigate against revenue shortfall.
Assess, monitor, report on and mitigate risks to all workplace activities on a monthly basis and implement new controls to mitigate risks where required.
