Job Summary: Head of Sales Contact Centre Operations Lending This Australian financial organisation began its journey a couple of years ago and in that time it has had exceptional growth in the Australian Home Loans sector. Reporting to the CEO, you will be part of a dynamic leadership team. This role has plenty of scope for growth and development, with the ability to grow your Sales leadership and Contact Centre career from a solid platform of call centre experience within the lucrative Fintech sector.

Job Details:

This role will support the business by driving, growing and leading a Sales and Service team in the area of Direct Channel Sales working closely with technology, finance and operations. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in key decisions internally. This is an exciting time to be joining the team, with significant growth domestically, new strategic partnerships and award winning products



Working closely with the key management in Direct Sales and Operations, you have the opportunity to really affect positive growth within the business by building and training a significant team. Leadership is a core part of this role and you will display excellent skills in building a key contact centre with the current inhouse CRM

You will be responsible for:




  • Leading and managing a diverse team of sales and customer service professionals

  • Responsibility for daily activities of a growing team of sales staff and that KPIs are achieved.

  • Planning and organising a team of agents to achieve the company sales goals in home loans sales within a team environment

  • Working closely with the CEO to build a customer centric contact centre operation across multiple channels

  • Coach, mentor, train and develop your sales team including monthly appraisals to enable personal development

  • Address any customer concerns through direct customer engagement when required working closely with team leaders and consultants



  

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced contact centre senior manager in a sales environment preferably from the home lending sector, who is passionate about best practice in your working environment. You are an innovative thinker, inclined to try new things and a talented people manager. You are confident and articulate and able to share your vision and ideas in a way that brings people on board. Top level understanding of call centre performance, statistics and systems is essential(having used  a CRM previously), as are solid communication skills. You are confident with financial data including strong numerical skills and some financial management experience.
