Job Details:

Develop short and long term strategic human resources initiatives to achieve the company’s long term strategic growth targets

Provide leadership to Disrupt Digital’s human resources department including: talent acquisition, learning & development, HR systems & processes, and onboarding

Serve the company as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team

Develop strategies and programs to improve our culture, build leadership capability, focus on diversity & inclusion and strengthen the associate value proposition with strong focus on supporting our store associates and reducing turnover in our stores

Use data & analytics to inform strategies to drive change to our culture and associate value proposition
