Job Summary: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress to a Labour Manager role in our future growth structure.

Job Details: Harvest team management of 30 – 45 employees including coordination, supervision, training and performance to within budget;
Monitoring and management of pick quality to within specification;
Maintaining training records, undertaking risk assessments, participate in site WHS program;
Maintaining effective rotation between picking and leafing tasks with the aim of maximising labour and resource use efficiencies as well as minimising fruit drop;
