Job Summary: We are a small serviced apartment operator adjacent to Melbourne CBD. Close to the city, to Melbourne's leading entertainment precinct and a large commercial district, we are a venue of choice for many corporate and leisure long term guests. We require a person who is confident to work in a small office team, directly with the business owners, who is client focused, and understands the skills and duties required when working directly with guests in a small company environment. Duties will include: Reception and guest greeting Sales and reservations Business development Reporting to directors Providing quality assistance to our guests Managing incoming phone calls and emails Assist in completing daily reporting.
