This exciting role will enable you to take responsibility of a growing business in a senior leadership capacity, leading the operations team to achieve revenue growth targets while delivering a flawless service product.
You will achieve results by driving marketing programs, improving cost management and through investing time in your direct reports. The business is undertaking an aggressive growth plan with new venues slated to open in the next 12 months meaning the role will evovle considerably as restaurants come online.
Profile
This role is tailor made for a highly experienced single or multi-site Restaurant Manager looking to further their career within a large, well-resourced organisation. With multiple direct reports along with access to marketing and business support functions, you will have the ability to demonstrate your excellent communication and leadership skills in a results led environment.
This is a high profile, high volume and high expectation business in which leaders are given significant autonomy. You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations while facilitating growth through new developments or acquisitions.
Along with your strong operational acumen, you will be possess vast experience opening restaurants, recruitment, project management and financial budgeting.
