Job Details:The Role
Based in Christchurch, and reporting to the GM Marketing and Innovation, this key role will identify, develop and grow successful and profitable consumer and foodservice branded businesses, focused on domestic and selected international markets. You will leverage both Westland's consumer brands as well as those of third parties, through OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Branded products. This is a fabulous opportunity for a senior sales professional to further develop their career on the global stage.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have significant experience in FMCG and/or foodservice sales and market development, and a strong knowledge of the New Zealand grocery retail market. Ideally you will have had exposure to international markets as well as experience taking new products from concept to commercialisation. You will be commercially astute, and your experience in customer contract negotiations, financial analysis and business planning will be essential to your success in this role. You will possess high energy and resourcefulness, as well as an exceptional track record in building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
