Job Summary: It is expected that the successful candidate will have significant senior management experience within the Residential Aged Care Services Sector OR a similar complex services environment; supported by relevant Tertiary qualifications in: Health Care, Business, Welfare or Human Services drawing upon strong business, financial and analytical skills as demonstrated by success in a senior operational management position within a similar, complex change environment.
